A friend asked Dr. Boli’s advice. His Windows computer started up normally this afternoon, and then when he tried to log in gave him this message:

You can’t sign into your PC right now.

That’s bad, isn’t it? But don’t worry: Windows has the solution for you right there in the same on-screen message.

This solution would doubtless work perfectly, except…

It was at this point that Dr. Boli’s friend asked his advice. Following that advice, the man is now on his way to the physical location of the live.com servers, carrying a large axe that will almost certainly fix the problem.
