The free concert in Dormont Park by Felix Culpa and His Dravosburg Devils, scheduled for 7 p.m., has been canceled. Mr. Culpa is in jail for contempt of court after having refused to play “Rippling Rhythm” a third time last night for Judge Albert Cardoon of the Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Culpa told reporters that he did not believe Krzrnsky’s Cafe constituted a “court” in any legal sense, but a visibly intoxicated Judge Cardoon told him to shut up and added three more days to the sentence.
