In ancient times when I was an architect I worked with an interiors person who knew colors by their Benjamin Moore numbers. “I think OW12 would be nice. No, no, make that OW17.”

In other words, What’s in a name.

Back in the mid-1990s, I worked for a few summers at Radio Shack in between High School and College semesters. To this very day 30-is years later, I still have the Radio Shack Catalog Numbers of several frequently-sold items memorized.
