A SCURRILOUS POEM CIRCULATED BY THE ENEMIES OF THE PERSIAN KING.

A Scurrilous Poem Circulated by the Enemies of the Persian King.

Cambyses, Cambyses,
He’s riddled with lice, he’s
Just not very nice, he’s
A regular schmuck.

If he wants to bug us,
To slap us or slug us,
We say with a shrug, us,
He’s right out of luck.
