    Post-Christmas Recall

    Dear Valued Customers,

    We regret to inform you of the immediate recall of all, “The Proof Through Science Balancing Ball” games purchased between Thanksgiving and December 24, 2012.

    We have received several similar complaints from angry parents who have reported , after repeated attempts, “while the upright cross member is quite sturdy and stands erect, the ball utterly fails to balance atop the upright. Instead, the ball, seemingly perfectly round to the eye and to the touch, flops over the cross-member in a most dreadful lopsided fashion, much like a German sausage on a roasting spear! Even with over-inflation, the ball reacts with the same distortion!”

    To you, our valued customers, we regret that our own internal product quality control testing failed to discover, what you discovered in practice, that our theory does not function properly outside of the controlled conditions of our laboratory!

    Please accept our apologies and return all games to the place of purchase, where you will be given credit for discovering the defect in our product. We only regret at this time not to have a suitable theory of repair, and as to the refund of your money, we also regret to inform you that we are bankrupt in these regards as well.
