    Something to consider:
    Sharks kill an average of one person a year in the US.
    Deer, on the other hand, kill an average of 130 people a year in the US.
    In fact, Deer kill more people in this country than bears, panthers, wild boars, and sharks combined!

    Captain DaFt has pointed out a serious deficiency in our legal system. When deer and other wildlife are responsible for killing or injuring a human being, not to mention damaging their motor vehicles, or eating their vegetable gardens, one is unable to bring a lawsuit against the animals because, in defiance of the Uniform Commercial Code, they have refused to file with the Secretary of State of each state a business address where they can be served with process in the tort lawsuit brought by the injured parties or their survivors.
