A fraud complaint against the Royal Swissvale Day Spa & Pet Salon was dismissed after an investigation by the Allegheny County Controller’s Office. According to official documents, an unnamed consumer who had booked a hot-stone massage had complained that the so-called “hot stones” used were not hot at all. Investigators dismissed the complaint when the spa owners were able to provide documented proof that the stones were indeed stolen.
