    As Allegorical rather than Literal Maidens, I presume they no longer have their actual maidenheads?

      I think what the advert means is that the ladies in question have no prior allegorical experience . It’s a standard dodge: give incompetents a fancy job title, and you’ll think you’re actually enjoying the trouble they cause!
