    Dr. Boli and the Mudpatch School are behind the times. “Literal” these days no longer means “literal” but instead means “figurative”. For example, an influencer (a job label that would have made no sense when I was last looking for work) might say: “I literally died of embarrassment.”

    In an AI-driven economy (as you say), harvesting light for electrical power is far more important than harvesting weeds for human consumption.  Your fields will be overroofed with solar panels.  Humans have enough food in storage to last . . . well, as long as AI needs humans to last.
