But are they made in the USA? I don’t want any foreign organic river rocks. Who knows if they’re following the organic regulations or not? For sure they’re not paying a living wage to their harvesters.

While a locovore may argue that the ‘rock-miles’ that our garden rocks travel make buying from within 100 miles a must, the fact is that vastly lower amounts of CO2 will be emitted if we buy rocks from places which are uniquely suited to grow them, (Nepal, for instance.) than if we attempt to raise them here. Of course, if we only get our rocks while they are in season, this is not an issue.

When I purchased 31 units Brenneman’s product, they delivered them to my door but told me that I was responsible for getting my own rocks off. The truck.
