THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT of Transportation has asked us to remind all Pennsylvania residents that the new Driving-While-Whittling law takes effect Sunday. Beginning May 27, it will be illegal to whittle or carve wood while operating a motor vehicle. At present driving while sculpting marble is still permitted, the Driving-While-Sculpting bill having died in committee.
