“No demic at all” should properly be “see-no-demic”; “keno” seems to refer to some physical activity beyond vision (“outasight”).

  You are probably thinking of kinodemic, a movable demic, from the Greek κινέω. Kenodemic comes from κενός, “empty,” as every epidemiologist could tell you, if every epidemiologist had read this comment, because Dr. Boli will confess to having made both these words up.
