Readers will doubtless be happy to hear that Dr. Boli does not intend to write every article this month with a steel pan. The mere fact of cursive writing is likely to send some readers off to look for other entertainment.

But, since he himself declared March to be International Steel Pen Appreciation Month, Dr. Boli would not like to let the month go by without at least a few articles devoted to the steel pen and its place in the twenty-first century.

So prepare to celebrate steel pens, and their relatives the fountain pens, and perhaps even a few other writing instruments for the sake of comparison.
