Many remember my uncle Marcus, who was, in a possible real way, a doctor in the 1960’s that set a good example. However, his brother, Midas, named after a questionable King, was only in medicine for the money. He’d place his hand on the patient’s wallet and say in a loud voice, “Turn your head and cough”.
