ON THIS DAY IN HISTORY.

ON THIS DAY in 1752, fiendish Papist plotters stole eleven days that rightfully belonged to the British Empire. For the better part of two centuries, the heroic island of Britain had fought to protect the days from their Continental enemies; but at last, through rank treachery from within, the days were seized and carried off to an unknown location, although persistent rumor has it that they are still being kept in the National Archives. If you have seen or heard anything of September 3-13, 1752, please contact the Royal Society immediately.

I have it on the highest authority* that the days pilfered by these papist persons are kept in the Vatican Secrets Archive between the Veil of Veronica and the Craft of Roswell.

And we’re supposed to believe you? It’s been 37 years and I’ve yet to learn a real spell. Don’t recall how many times a character of mine reached high level and not once has any GM offered to teach me real spells. If I aint ready, who is?

  2. I can live without knowing any real magic spells. It’s the complete and utter lack of non-Christian seductresses trying to lure me into a steamy underworld of group sex and blasphemous music that annoys me. It’s getting to the point where I might actually take up one of the many Christian ones on their offer.
