Paramedics responded to a call from Miss Rosabel Fanshawe of Grant Borough, who told a 911 dispatcher that she felt as if an elephant were sitting on her chest. Paramedics removed the elephant, and Miss Fanshawe is expected to make a full recovery. The elephant was admitted to St. Pancreas Hospital for observation.
