Sharp point seems to indicate possible weaponization of this object. Perhaps the government should be controlling such items.

In United States constitutional law, it may be properly controlled as long as it is sold as an art implement. As soon as it is sold for the stated purpose of killing human beings, it is protected by the Second Amendment. This is because our Founders rightly regarded art as more dangerous to society than murder.

I don’t know that I have ever seen a No. 2 1/2 before. Loads of No. 2s and HBs, and even a few No. 4s, but 2.5? I dare say “No”.
